Guy I work with is married to a whore that he adores

She will cheat on him, if she hasn't already. I already got this vibe from her because she's 19 years younger and goes out to bars with friends when they have 3 yound kids together, but she's subtly trying to hook up with me when he's not around (our kids hang out).
This guy is an idiot when it comes to women. Do I tell him now or let her burn his world down on her own schedule?
