What's the best brand for automotive (truck) oil filters? Don't mention Fram, cause that's junk
Thanks in advance!

Ive always used motorcraft in my Ford truck and will continue to do so . I run Napa gold /wix filters in my farm equipment and they seem to be good quality.

honestly, your safest bet is to go with the oem stuff.
trucks are insanely finicky now, especially with fluids. Id go ACDelco for GM, Motorcraft for Ford, etc...

Baldwin if available. Also really like Wix.

OEM
Motorcraft in my F-150.
Cartridge filter in our Lexus.
Delco in my Corvette before I sold it.
Realizing the chance of any oil filter related failure with an aftermarket filter is next to zero, the manufacturer could never deny a claim if you're using OEM.

No complaints from me about Wix. Wix and Mobil 1 full synthetic for me.

Its an oil filter. By and large they are all plenty good enough.
Fleetguard nanonet and other woven fiber filters are the tits, but that isn't commonly used in light duty oil filters because it doesn't really matter. A roll of toilet paper would work fine for most applications.

Wix. Napa Gold. Same thing

Motorcraft in my F150, Wix for the tractors, Purolator for the Nissan, Mann for my VW, Super tech even in a pinch but avoid the Fram. They use glue in places they shouldn't and fall apart prematurely

Always used Wix when I changed the oil in my vehicles. Still use Wix in my boat.

I have two Toyotas and use their OEM cartridge filters. About the same price as aftermarket

AMSOIL; search the part numbers that start with 'EA'...good for 15K miles

I have used Fram on almost every vehicle. 250,000+ on an old 04 Yukon. 220,000 on 97 Tacoma….. I’m ok with Fram.
