Count me in. Looking forward to it.

Does Lalo kill/torture the Germans or just use the threat of violence to get the info he’s after? I think it might get brutal.

I’ve been thinking a little bit about ol’ Gene. Not sure they can give him a happy ending even if they wanted to (which I have some doubts about).

Obviously he can’t come out of hiding without going to federal prison and/or getting murdered. And we’ve seen what a horrific existence he’s living in hiding.

So maybe some type of reconciliation with Kim? Just seems very unlikely to me in the BB universe. Or maybe a change that allows him to have some fun scamming people? But that might be the saddest ending for him possible because he would have shown no growth.

I don’t know. I think people like Saul so much they’re going to want to see something beyond him simply surviving. But I’m not sure what that can be.

why would he get murdered? theres pretty much no one left.
he may end up in prison, but i think we may see him making some big brain lawyer play coming out of hiding to avoid it

You might be right. Been a while since I e watched BB. No one from the cartel that would have an axe to grind? If not, you’re probably right.

confused on the convo jump. we were talking about how he gets info from the germans.
your post could come true regardless of how he gets info from the germans, but agreed that it would be a lame ending for lalo.

this convo made me think gus may use the gun on one of his henchmen to make a point, like he did with victor and the boxcutter. or lalo proves whatever about gus and they send someone to check out the lab then gus uses the gun while giving the tour, or maybe its just gus being incredibly cautious.

i honestly have no clue how the lalo situation will be resolved.

In BB they pretty much wiped out the eladio faction, all of madrigal, gus, the nazis, mike/walt etc. maybe theres someone left with a vendetta, but it would be some unknown person.

saul doesnt end up murdered. he ends up successfully or unsuccessfully criminal lawyering for himself.

Mr. Fring's episode to direct!
written by the chick who wrote the season 5 finale, and carrot & stick.
both are episodes where kim shows her darker side

so im assuming this episode will be methodical/highly tension building for 2 major confrontations of gus v lalo and jimmy+kim v howard for the midseason finale 'Plan and Execution'.

While Mike let them know to not ever talk about it, in his own threatening way, having Lalo ready to kill you for not talking may open up some dialogue.

Lalo has to have an ending that allows Fring to continue working with the Cartel in an expanded way and peacefully with the Salamancas from the BB world

so it will be interesting to see how they pull that off

Well we know Tuco takes over for Lalo, so my bet is that Mike takes him out when he gets too close to Fring, before the cartel (other than Hector) even knows he's still alive. That seems the most direct route to keeping Fring and the cartel on good terms.

Saul has to worry about the FEDS. Does Gene?

Feds will know Saul is Jimmy, but he could probably function as Gene, reuniting with whoever Kim’s new identity is, and give us a satisfying ending. Two of them living a new life, somewhere else. Vince let Jesse live. Why not?
