They’re putting woke workers to bed.

In light of internal dissension triggered by productions like Dave Chappelle’s chaotically controversial stand-up special, Netflix has reportedly issued a shady missive to its disgruntled staffers, underscoring that the streaming behemoth values the “artistic expression” of its content creators over each employee’s personal thoughts, beliefs and lifestyles.

And any worker who doesn’t like it can ’Flix off.

“As employees we support the principle that Netflix offers a diversity of stories, even if we find some titles counter to our own personal values,” read the memo, titled “Netflix Culture — Seeking Excellence.”

“Depending on your role, you may need to work on titles you perceive to be harmful,” the communiqué continued. “If you’d find it hard to support our content breadth, Netflix may not be the best place for you.”

Profit eventually wins. Every corporation profits or dies. Unless you are government fed Google or Twitter.

Guess Netflix doesn’t want to go broke.

Does this mean Netflix is going to stop tossing tossing gays and trannies into every facet of their productions?

Or is this really a shaded attemp to push out the workers who are tired of pushing the LBGTuvwxyz+?* agenda?

Likely the latter. Just a guess.

I agree with this message. It took to long to release.

They are guarding their intrinsic right to publish whatever they feel the market wants. Tough times ahead. They are culling the weak.

The company closed its advisory with a summary of what makes Netflix a “special” place to work, noting its mission to “encourage decision-making by employees, share information openly, broadly, and deliberately, communicate candidly and directly and keep only our highly effective people.”

I canceled a few days ago. Been a member since they delivered DVD's.

They asked why. I said I'm done giving my money to companies that want to play woke games. Do whatever you want. You just will never again do it using my money.

I think it was me. I broke Netflix. You are all welcome

Whatever happened to the Salvation Army and their woke crusade last Christmas? Anyone know if anyone got fired or did people just make noise and nothing happened?

I see this as Netflix telling consumers the same. They gets nutskin from me. Anyone with conservative values leaving only makes it easier to not want to give them my hard earned money.

I think they raised considerably less money kinda like the pro sports leagues. Then similar to pro sports we will need to see how they position for the New season. I bet they pull in their horns like it never happened.

Little too late for Netflix, they’re dead, they just haven’t finished bleeding out yet.

About 5 years late, but better late than never. Now, if they can just figure out how to make decent original content for longer than a season...

Not sure what happened but I haven’t donated to the Salvage Army since their infamous woke statement…..still haven’t seen an apology for their insensitive remarks asking Christian supporters to acknowledge their racist behavior and their inherent white privilege.

Terminally-ill, Norm Macdonald's last performance is about to air. Dave Chappelle about to look like Ghandi compared to what's about to hit the "Woke" crowd.

Have they come full circle?

There may yet be hope for Disney. RCID was a necessary step.
