Meh. I am easily on board with banning 3rd trimester abortions - and it's not often stated, but the US is an extreme outlier on this. Most of Europe doesn't have it.

2nd trimester, I can probably also be on board with banning.

1st? I don't find that nearly as compelling. There's a line somewhere, and I (and nobody else) knows where it is. You will not get me to equate the morning after pill with a 3rd trimester abortion. There simply is a difference in kind.

Also, I would find the "my body, my choice" mantra more convincing if the sorts of women who go around screaming that actually had that perspective in all aspects of political life. But they are clearly more than willing to ban plenty of things with other people's bodies.

Sounds good enough to me. It’s not really any more complex than that.

Abortion is fundamentally evil according to the Natural Law that John Locke touches upon that is engrained in our society and its laws. No human has the contractual right with nature to end another human's life except under the threat of his own being taken.
I can not think of something more explicitly repulsive than someone rejecting personal responsibility for an action that TWO people consented to, and delegating that responsibility to the product of that action... with the one who is held responsible being the child.
Rape and incest are often the defense pillars for the pro-abortion movement to convert pro-life, but the stats show this is approximately 2% of those getting abortions. Additionally, there is a very low percentage of those who seek abortions that are first-time offenders, what we often see is higher percentages of those who have consistently had several abortions.
Our society currently has abandoned all principles of personal responsibility and seeks to use murder to remedy a problem that birth control would often solve. People have been substituting abortions for birth control: a product that is so cheap in our country and one that a majority of pro-life advocates are in favor of.
Finally, just as a child would not survive without the nourishment of the mother in the womb, it would not survive without the nurture and environment that the parents provide for them outside of the womb. Just because a child is born does not mean that they are able to wholly survive without the assistance of the mother, who along with the father provides financial, emotional, mental, and physical support.

I find that people who support abortion, generally, fall into two categories:
1- “My life is so miserable, that I wouldn’t wish life on anyone.”
2- “My life is so awesome, that I believe that murder is justified in self-preservation.”
Maybe I’m wrong. But, the one thing we now all agree on, is that only women can have abortions. REEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
