Unless they are a 20 something female of course.

No, and even if I'm interviewing with them I tell them why. Accepting a recruiter Linkedin has to be a huge red flag to your current company.

Under the Job seeking preferences section, click Change next to Let recruiters know you're open to opportunities. Switch the toggle to Yes to share that you're open and appear in recruiter searches matching your career interests. Switch the toggle to No to stop sharing your career interests with recruiters.

That will be $350 for the Google search.

It's on no, they still send me requests and messages because my skills are hot in the street Bubba

No. But I will respond to messages. I try to keep my connections limited to people I actually know

Then remove your skills and interests. You should be working at McDonald's if you can't do this yourself.

But I want potential clients to see my skills and interests.

How about thirsty recruiters just stop sending me shite when I'm clearly not looking to move.

If they have shared connections, I usually assume I worked with them in the past and forgot their name.

But most of the time it's just another recruiter.

How will you ever know if a great opportunity comes along if you never hear about it?

Does your company diligently keep track of your hundreds of linked in connections?

If it's that great you don't need to hire some doofus with his pronouns in his profile to find somebody for it.
