It was the incorrect ruling according to the constitution, happy as it makes the American christian caliphate.

I hope you can survive this.

Wrong. It was a pretty clear case. The fact 3 dissented is unfortunate, but those three tend to rule purely based on a partisan basis, not constitutional analysis.

It really is, but the caliphate “won” for christians and the democratic republic lost this one. At the end of the day the United States lost even more freedom.

What a strange take. Allowing someone to pray is a loss of freedom? Who taught you con law?

Imagine being upset by that.

Here’s a fella who didn’t read the decision.

You still have the exact level of freedom before the ruling. You’re free to take a knee and join in or walk your arse right on back to your car. Nobody required you to do either one thats the true meaning of freedom.

The US Congress approved and printed the first Bible to be used in the Schools. Beck has the Original. This Nation was founded on God-given Rights. That is a fact. The fact that a large percentage of the populous now longer want that don’t change history. And the further fact that voting away God-given Rights is neither up for debate or Constitutional is a given for those who claim said Rights. We’ll see who loves their Beliefs enough to either fight as is the historical norm, or surrender said Rights to Fascist Dem rule.

You say these things as if your education derived from memes circulated on social media. That’s a terrible place to get history lessons from. Let me help you.
this has been thoroughly debunked as a myth
It never was that. You believe a recently circulated myth. As hardily as Christian Americans tout that myth, it is still just a myth. Time to let it that myth die, boomer.
Those rights are not God-given. They belong to every American by birth or by legal citizenship. They are given by the constitution, written by the founders, many of whom were not Christians. They are fought for and defended by military veterans of every religion or no religion who took the oath.
Historically, it was Americans who were/are not Christians who’ve had to fight the very well funded christian caliphate majority to protect the freedom from religion from the Fascist Evangelical Christian -what I call the American Christian caliphate, which the republican politicians “hopped in bed with” back in the 70’s/80’s for what looked like easy votes.

You’re not smart. I’m sorry that anyone has made you feel that you are.

Maybe, but you’re just happy to feel you finally have an identity here, on the poliboard where you feel like you finally blend in with a group.

When we discussed the shitty education that the country's kids were getting - it was the Crystal Preserves of the world getting that shitty education.
What I have noticed with these generations is an inability to frame arguments with any accuracy or really, any connection to the underlying ideas or how to process them.
They also use those kinds of mindless positions to go into completely disconnected rants where everything they attempt to communicate turns into nonsensical attacks that are mostly made up BS about who they are attacking.
It is as though those attacks have become what these generations are - attackers without a clue.
I have seen it here a thousand times from these unfortunately mind deprived kids. Marx would be proud.

People are allowed to pray even if they work for the government, you psycho.

You might want to read the Constitution again. The Constitution doesn't give us rights. The Constitution clearly states that our rights are given to us by our creator upon birth. The Constitution is in place to curtail the authority the federal government has in trying to limit our rights.

The limits are on the federal government’s ability to create a state religion that punishes anyone from not participating in what the state thinks is religiously correct, even against the beliefs and consciences of those that don’t agree.
It was the incorrect ruling according to the constitution, happy as it makes the American christian caliphate.
This was the correct ruling. A person should not have to check their religion at the door when they work for the government as long as they are not forcing others to comply with their particular beliefs.
With that said, Christ is king of all nations and peoples and He deserves allegiance and obedience by all, even you. You need to repent of your sins and put your trust in His saving work on the cross on your behalf or else you will die in your sin one day and spend an eternity suffering in torment for your rebellion against your creator. Repent.
