Idk wtf Putin is doing. I don’t see why a bunch of innocent people in Ukraine have to die. At the same time it seems like he’s actively against the worst among us. It’s puzzling.

Probably because when the Democrats are in office they do things to provoke Russia. It's no coincidence they invaded Crimea when Obama was in office and now Ukraine when Biden is "in office." They didn't do shite when Trump was in there and our relationship with them improved greatly.
They don't want Ukraine to join NATO. It's a national security issue for them. Yet these dipshit democrats push Ukraine to do exactly that.
Ultimately they want a major war with Russia to usher in their great reset. This is why Russia is sanctioning the Democrats/globalists.

Relegating to name-calling because someone agrees with some of Putin's positions helps make your case.
This whole situation isn't as cut-and-dry as some people - the media, NPCs and virtue signalers - want it to be.
Ukraine has been involved in serious corruption in recent decades. They worked with both the nazis and the soviets during WWII. Different groups within their military committed war crimes akin to genocide against Poles.
Khrushchev, born on the Russian border with Ukraine and being raised in Ukraine, gave Crimea to Ukraine during his time heading up the Soviet Union. Putin, a Russian, apparently felt that Crimea was and is a part of Russia.
I'm not a Putin apologist, but there's much more to the story of what has been happening with Ukraine than is being discussed. These are all relevant details.
