Once again, Honor Code/Smack Smack decries the boys play against boys bill

Claiming it's "mean spirited" and unnecessary because there are no known trans athletes in Louisiana.
Here's a poser for you JBE (since you are a lawyer and all): what do you think the legal argument would be if, for example, a trans athlete did start trying to compete and THEN the law was passed?
stupid fricktard.
Of course, I have zero confidence that the limp dicks in the Legislature will overturn the veto THIS time.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The whole point is to be proactive, John Bel.

I wish our legislature could pass a bill that attracts business and investment into the state with as much swiftness as they can pass a bill addressing social issues.

I wish someone with a microphone would ask one of these idiots why it’s mean to have boys compete with boys, and how it’s not mean to have girls compete with boys?

If the house and senate republicans had a pair, they would keep the pressure on Honor Code. They should push on him daily asking if he knew about the state police beating the African American man to death in North Louisiana.

Well, we couldn’t do anything about it then because it would be unfair to take it away after they had already been given the opportunity.

They never do this, regardless of what other shite they pass.

I need someone to explain to me like I'm 5 years old why which sex a person prefers to copulate with has anything to do with who they should compete against athletically. Heterosexual men don't compete against each other because they all like women. They compete against each other because it's mutually agreed to be fair.
For the leftists on the boards, please don't get sexually excited at the prospect of actually explaining this to a 5 year old.

I guess the word "proactive" is not in Honor Choad's dictionary.

LHSAA (the organization that controls high school athletics in LA) already has a ban in place.
NCAA rules college competition.
Why is the state legislature fooling with this?
Is there NOTHING else the state legislature can be doing with their time?

That can change at the whim of a set of future board members and director.

In 2021, there were 477 bills signed into law. I bet many of those had less significance than this issue.
The legislature can multitask apparently.

The boys doing this aren't gay anymore, they're straight and LARP'ing as "lesbians" these days. They enjoy the free show they get from girls in locker rooms, and such as the case of the swimmer transbian, waving their junk around at girls who can't do anything about it.

The Lafayette Radio told me this was an anti girl bill, not allowing girls to play boys sports. Didn’t mention one word about boys playing girls sports. Sad

Uhh. The LHSAA doesn't change often / fast at all.
My point is...
1) Trannies need to play in their birth category
2) That decision needs to be made by the LHSAA

My point is that it’s not very often the Louisiana legislature actually gets ahead of a potential problem. I’m willing to let them get this done.

Funny how they're able to walk the line of "there's no trans athletes so it's unnecessary" and "trans rights is the biggest issue of our current times"
