What conspiracy theories?
If you have followed the FBI during the past 20 years, this is their MO. This is how they "stop" cases of "domestic terrorism".
1st, they create it.
2nd, they manipulate people who would not have done anything illegal without intervention by the FBI
Then, when the FBI sets up the "terrorist act" they arrest the guy.
