Pataday. Everyday. Just so my eyes won’t swell shut completely.

With a little bit of Flonase spray. And have to start using it at the first sign of blooms or I’m playing catch-up all spring.

Pollen season has been here in Alabama. Last two weeks have been terrible.

Fun fact. That’s not actually a cedar tree.

This has been the worst year I can remember. Been doubling up Flonase and Zyrtec for 2 weeks and still fighting stuffy sinuses. I usually only feel it bad for a day or two.

Been fighting it for a month on the Northshore. Maybe this little system coming through tomorrow will shake the last of it away.

I’ve been hit hard this past week. Bad headaches. Yesterday I ended up taking a pain pill from my previous surgery to ease the pain. The winds seem to make it worse.

The mat inside my kitchen door had a yellow lug sole print of my hiking shoes on it when I came in from the yard the second time this afternoon. I didn't notice leaving it the first time, or see it heading out the second time.

Yeah, I had a pretty bad cold a couple of weeks ago and then in the midst of that the worst of the pollen arrives. It’s had my allergies and asthma all flared up.
