I used to get wrecked by springtime allergies but I barely get them anymore since I started some nose spray a few years ago. I don’t think I’ve had a bad allergy day once this year and it’s getting pretty late for me. I usually would start getting hit at the end of February.

My nosehair fell out from chemo and there's nothing in there to stop the snot. It has been an absolutely disgusting start to pollen season for me.

I take Allegra everyday and it really helps.
