Nola Carjackers Caught and Arrested In Slidell

?? Slidell PD is currently searching for a carjacking suspect in the area of Audubon Dr. / Robert Blvd. ?
Preliminary information on this incident is as follows: Four (4) suspects committed an armed carjacking in New Orleans, LA. NOPD issued a BOLO, and the vehicle was located in Slidell near Audubon Drive. The four suspects fled. Three (3) of the four are in custody…one being apprehended by a Slidell Police K-9 ??.
Currently, Slidell Police, NOPD, STPSO, and LSP are in the area searching for the last suspect. Anyone in the area, please be vigilant and call 911 with any suspicious activity. The 4th suspect is described to be a thin-build, African American male who is wearing all dark clothing.

Hope they did some stuff in St. Tammany so they won't get extradited to New Orleans and inevitably released. St. Slammany doesn't play.

I don’t know why these baws run to other parishes where they’re 100x more likely to be caught.
The police in Jefferson, St. Tammany, St. Bernard and St. Charles all have authority to run them down and chase. Orleans doesnt.
