Americans who lean left politically annoy me by pretending they care a lot about other people when they say stuff like this, but they would have no problem calling in a bomb threat or something at your house in the middle of the night, calling you a pedophile, or whatever ways they can think of to try to degrade you because you don't fall in line with their autocratic beliefs.
They also love their list of logical fallacies, but they have no practical knowledge of how to use them, nor self awareness to see that sometimes invoking that fallacy in an argument is a fallacy in its own right, and thus inconducive to productive discourse.

Something I thought about recently, how do trans athletes affect title 9 in college sports? Lia Thomas for instance, does her scholarship go as a male or female? According to title 9, you have to have as many male and female scholarships. If lia Thomas has a female scholarship, besides being a nobody as a male athlete, “she” is now taking a scholarship away from a female making more biological males on scholarship than females

They can also flip a vagina to a functioning penis and add scrotal implants... The penis will need a device to make it erect... But it works...
So, your definition still makes all this trans chaos possible. How about we go to the level of the chromosomes... XX is a female.. XY is male.. Forever. You can't change this fact no matter how much surgery, and no matter how much hormone therapy.
Now, honestly, I don't care if you want to live as a male or female...with NO SPECIAL PRIVILEGES DOING IT, but we must demand that you legally continue to be known as a biological male or female based on chromosomes for sports, bathrooms, etc.
