Looking for one that’s maneuverable.

Had a Troy bilt with a Honda motor. Was a good balance of power and maneuverability. Cost about 400 new.

Is that your only requirement? If so, you don’t need to spend the money for “the best.”

Maneuvering, rear wheel drive, cost is not an issue either way.

Get you a Snapper Commercial grade mower. They come with Briggs & Stratton or Honda power so pick which motor you want and enjoy.

Check out EGO’s.
I have a big yard, so I don’t have one, but I have the hedge trimmers, weed eater, blower, etc and every one of them has been great. The interchangeable batteries means you’re never out of one to use unless you’re really careless.
I was a little skeptical at first when I bought the hedge trimmer. After I got the blower and how well it works if I need yard tools it’s the first brand I look for

The pink ones; since they are made for females

my parents bought a Honda mower. I used it a few times while helping them out and that thing is like a dream.
Got my Honda from Sam's and it's the best one I've ever had. Starts easily on one pull and I like that it's pretty damn fast. I'll never buy anything other than a Honda ever again.

Just make sure it has a Honda engine.

I have the Honda HRN. Feels like a caddilac compared to my old toro recycler.

Honda is the correct answer.
I don't use mine anymore because I have a lawn guy now. However, one weekend last year I needed to get an extra mow in for a party we were having. It had been sitting for about a year and half with the same gas, oil, etc. I started on the first pull and mowed the entire yard without breaking a sweat.

If you want something high quality, check out the Kubota 21" walk push mower. Commercial grade, Kawasaki engine, 3 speed. Has a feature where you can walk away from it without it killing...

If your main requirement is being maneuverable, get a self big wheel push mower. Less weight to spin around and handle. Rolls easy thanks to the high wheels.
