I mean...dat pool and tennis court makes up for the blood smell in the rooms and a fresh coat of paint and a couple air wicks will make those 34 rounds a distant memory right?

Buddy of mines had a neighbor that during a fight with his wife took them hostage and committed suicide before the police rushed in. My buddy bought the house a month later at a steal. He had no regrets.
