We went with Level Homes and have not had a single issue, pre-build, during the build, or post build.

I bought an Alvarez house. I know they are not the best builder or most top of line company but for the price we have not had many issues. Our biggest expense in 6 years has been to replace the kitchen faucet and the crappy plastic valves they use to connect the water to the toilets. That was all in the last 7 months.

I heard Matt Morris with Complete Construction is a reputable homebuilder from the OT. You should hire him.
