it works more than people think, but only for intelligent people without the credentials...so that rules you out
If you tell someone where you went to school, the next question is either "what did you study?" or "when did you graduate?"

My resume isn't fake as far as my credentials, but i paid someone to make it for me. Let me tell you, it was the best money ever spent. It basically made me look like a God in a new industry (from oilfield to defense). Got a new job that came with a 40% pay increase. Took only 1 month, interview was easy as hell. You could tell they were drooling over the resume.
I think they could make a mcdonald burger flipper a top chef at a 5 star restaurant.

Here's one I found for you. Just replace name and photo with your own and you're good to go.

I didn’t know being completely honest on your resume was a thing people did.

You can get free money from the govt without lying now.

I worked with several people in DFW who admitted to me that they had faked having a degree. I also know someone who did this that makes over $150,000 and is a senior manager at a telecom company. He's been with the same company for 10 plus years. So yes, people get away with it.
To be honest, I worked for a local company, and most of the women I worked with that had degrees were not the brightest.( no pics, I left the company long ago)

I know a guy who has a lot of lies on his. He gets the job but has been out the door in under 2 yrs on his last 3 jobs.

I held three jobs with Fortune 500 corporations, all just accepted what was on my resume, and never requested that I provide proof of my education/degrees.

Everybody in Washington.

I would like to remind anyone thinking of this that advertising yourself for services that require a license (engineering, law, medicine, etc) and then having those services retained without said license is a crime.

I know a guy that copied and pasted parts of government “wanted” adds and swung up and landed at a higher paying job every time. He took a job near me after moving in from out of state and had a higher paying govt job after two weeks. He’s probably a top tier pentagon official at this point.
