Nights. I like to stay funky after work while watching TV then shower and go to bed for 10

Showers wake me up, so never right before bed.
If I'm doing something during the day that makes me sweaty, I'll take a shower after the activity for the day is done, but always a couple of hours before bed.

Night for sure. In the morning I hit the shower just for a minute to help wake me up.

Always at night and sometimes I’ll throw in the morning one too. If I am working out early in the am then I’ll take one in the am and then before bed. I hate feeling dirty and gross.
