Visiting in Amarillo Tx. Normally I take two, night and mornings. But this arid air up here makes me dry as hell. Gotta take a lotion bath after every shower. So, I’m down to one a day until Monday.

Shower in the morning is like the coffee before my coffee. Gets my day started right.

Bathe at night. Shower in the morning. (My hair is such I have to wash it in the morning to make it presentable, and the most convenient way is while showering).
