House arrest at most.
Won't have to spend a minute in prison.
He started a conversation, after all.

What should happen IMHO is he should receive the same sentence as someone charged with aggravated assault, just the same as his lie, same should go for all false accusers.

Have they said what time the sentencing is? I've read a couple articles but none said what time it will take place.

I'd love for that POS to get the max but I know it won't happen. Hoping for jail time though.

At the time I lived in West Loop in Chicago around Randolf/Halstead.

What scares the absolute hell out of me is that I went to Lao Sze Chuan on Michigan Ave that night with some colleagues from work. That's a couple of blocks from this pretend incident. It was cold AF and we were not about to walk to a cab stand or to the pink line across the river. And three of us (all white males, under 35, with heavy winter coats, scarves covering most of our faces, and with bags for laptops) were waiting around Michigan Street where it crosses over Illinois for an Uber. This was barely a couple hours before his little incident happened.

A little later and I'm sure we'd have gotten questioned and possibly detained. And our lives completely canceled when some celebrity or politician tweeted about us despite not having a fricking clue what was going on.

What's so fricked up about what he did is he would have allowed a couple of people to spend time in prison knowing good and fricking well they were innocent just to spite them for being white.

I don't know if he will get prison time but he deserves it, that is just vile
