Was $4.09 9/10 per gallon.

The highest price I paid before this morning was in 2007 just before the financial crisis. Paid a high of $3.99 9/10 per gallon then.

Paid $3.89 this morning. $30.00 for just under a half tank.

Thanks, Brandon.

It was $4 a gallon the majority of Obama’s terms.

I had a motorcycle many years ago. I remember a TV commercial for bikes saying: 'You can ride around all day on a dollar's worth of gas.'
They were right.

2011 was the first year of $4 gas that I remember. It always stayed $3.59-$4 under Obama’s second term. Remember him saying “we can’t drill our way out of high gas prices”. Sound familiar?

Guy on Fox News predicted gas lines like those in the 70s by this summer.

Pay attention. You must follow the plan!

Just hope the dem idiots don't start going "price controls" because that will bring long lines for scarce gas.

Biden and the media as a whole want to blame all this on Russia invading Ukraine. Even Fox News is in on it. Aside from a handful of people on Fox the whole station is getting behind Biden just to gear up the war machine.

How embarrassing is our state of affairs.

We were paying a hair over 4 in south Louisiana back in 2007 or 2008. Somewhere around that time.

August, 2008 we were paying over $4 per gallon in Georgia. And I was driving a 4Runner (avg 18 mpg) with a 22 gallon tank. It hurt.

Then we had global economic meltdown and we were paying less than $1.50 by Christmas.

Had not seen $4 since then.

before this recent business I had seen a couple of news articles that the Biden admin was mulling dropping some of the fuel taxes to reduce the cost at pump due to the bad polling...guess the war gives a blame target so that type of action won't be "needed"
