I'm pretty sure that's Geneva convention 101 violation. A lot of Russian POW interrogation videos also made public forcing to read the script and call their parents.
Uki's aren't going to get sympathy for this. I'm sure each side will start executing POW's on both ends.

Does Geneva convention apply to civilians capturing soldiers?
If not the Ukrainian military, does it matter?

Pretty sure it was Uki armed forces capturing them, then tying them up.

Yes… one incident and can’t be sure of the situation. My dad was held as a POW during WW2 and the Nazis would sic their German Shepard guard dogs on them. Those dogs would bite the hell out of them. My dad always hated German Shepard dogs after the war.

The Russian Army has a long history of treating civilians awful when they take over a town. Not only will they shell and bomb a civilian population but they have been know to rape and pillage too. I would wait about making judgments until several credible sources come out with a story like this.

This could all be bullshite. But if Ukrainian civilians are torturing Russian soldiers and that info. gets out, the Geneva Convention don't mean shite.
