I've been bitten by a dog and it hurt like hell. I can't even imagine her pain. Shouldn't have shoplifted.

You run from the cops, they WILL bring an arse whipping with them.
Justified? Probably not to this degree. But a crook who runs and hides from the cop to where they have to send dogs after her needs to know that those dogs don’t play.

Oh frick off. There is no way, at this point, to know if the police “allowed” this to happen or let the dog chew on her “excessively”. For all we know, the first place the dog latched on to her was her nappy head and- yeah- her scalp was torn off.
Tough shite.
Don’t shoplift and don’t run from the police.
Sorry he didn’t bite her leg instead of her head, but shite happens when you’re a criminal and evading the police.
