Mathews NIL deals w/ LSU and A&M..

I believe moscona said that A&M was offering him $80k up front, $100k/yr, plus a car and other benefits - and that LSU's offer wasn't particularly close (IIRC he said it was something like half or less).

Seems like A&M became aware that Perkins was going to LSU. It was rumored he was offered around the 800k range but decommitted because the money wasn’t upfront..

Apparently there was an offer for Mathews that they then added with the funds of Perkins who they knew would be going to LSU.. so significant
