There is a coach in Destin who loves beaches. and blond bitches. He could captain his own boat back to the USA for recruiting.

Yeah lets chase the TV market that's like the size of Green Bay and will make us have kickoffs at 130 am east coast time.

I'm watching the local news here and that statement comes across the screen and I think, "If I'm the Pres I fire this imbecile tonight". A succession plan? MFer, you don't have a current plan, how about we start with that first?

Hawaii as a state is not fun after a week. Sure it’s beautiful but I would go fricking crazy if I had to live there. Also, they are playing in a high school stadium now that Aloha Stadium is condemned, they’re 5 hours from the mainland on any flight, and they can’t hosts recruits because their state is still in lockdown and has the strictest COVID rules in the nation.

So no, it’s not an attractive job. At all. Please name one thing that’s good about it outside of “iTs In PaRaDiSe!”

BS. Perfect weather year round. I stay within a 30 mile radius 90% of the year in my current city anyways.

Now that I think about it... they should hire Art Briles. Just go full on CFB villain.

If weather is a main selling point to live somewhere, then it’s not a good place to live

Of which you clearly know nothing about if you are implying that Honolulu is a desirable market.

Why would they want someone who can’t rise above the position of WR coach for Nevada by the age of 40?

So I would like to comment and give my thoughts on the Football Head Coaching job..I am still interested in this job for the people of Hawaii but the job offered to me today there is no way I could accept with the conditions offered me …No coach in their right mind would accept!

Dictating who can be on my staff and only 2 year contract..What recruit would come if I was here for 2 years???..this has never been about money-but it is about giving me the ability to turn our program around and not have people tell me who is on my staff or how to coach my team

They should hire Duane Akina. Really good coach who has been (unusually for a coach) both an offensive coordinator and a defensive coordinator and was a QB as a player at Washington.
