've been taking generic benadryl every night for sleep purposes for years. I also drink a lot of milk. I've never had any symptoms of COVID and have definitely been exposed to it on multiple occasions. I have no idea if the two things are related, but for those that want to get on a regimen, you can buy 600 pill of generic benadryl at Costco for about $5.

I have had that mega bottle for years. I took some for sleep once and dosed it based on Advil PM's mgs of diphenhydramine. If I'm recalling correctly I took six Costco diphenhydramines. I slept well.

I find gargle and nasal flush with warm salt water absolutley kills the soar throat and nasal crap.
Add tylenol and sleep.....

I must admit, an injection of steroids and antibiotics work really well if you can get to doctor early.

Interesting. I'm pretty much the exact same build and wanted to know if anyone had tried this. I've been linking that story to a lot of other people. Good to hear you're better.

You realize you can't really digest cow milk. Better off just drinking water.

After seeing the story about this here, I figured I'd try it as soon as I started to get sick. Maybe Omicron is pretty mild, but I'm unvaxxed and never had it (that I know of), so maybe it does work.

You are an idiot.

quote:

All humans can digest milk in infancy. But the ability to do so as an adult developed fairly recently, likely in the past 6000 years. A handful of mutations allows adults to produce the enzyme lactase, which can break down the milk sugar lactose.

Yeah. Can’t digest. Lol

quote:

The Dietary Guidelines for Americans, updated in 2020, still recommend regular consumption of milk, yogurt, and cheese for most people because of the easily digestible nutrients that are important to include in the diet, including calcium.

I think the article points out that it has to come from a cow.

What? Anyway, I didn't do the research, it was the University of Florida, so take it up with them.
