This sounds more likely. No more coach’s kids and yes men hanging around collecting a paycheck on LSU’s dime. Put the right people in those positions. No dead weight.

I think quality is more of his concern than quantity. Having 30 staffers just to say “we have a huge support staff” doesn’t help your team. Saban uses his for recruiting, breaking down film/game planning and a coaching rehab and that’s why it works, not just because there are 50 of them.

I hate to knit pick but I do think it’s custom in certain cultures to use all caps if your going to end every sentence with an exclamation point. Bare minimum you should have a curse word some place in there.
To your topic, I would make the assumption he plans to tear it down to build it up. Run out the vermin and start over.

Trim the fat does not = automatically mean less analyst. Could mean just identifying the guys that don't work and replacing them with someone who does.

Hire less coaches and use the money to funnel it into fake NIL deals to buy more elite players. It's what other schools are doing so we need to do the same.
