Not really, but they are a better program than Kansas Football is. We won a conference title recently and have had multiple lottery picks recently. Kansas Football is in a coma.
Kansas Basketball is like Georgia Football. Blue blood programs with very few championships. Since the Wooden UCLA dynasty ended, there have been seven schools (Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, Louisville, Duke, UConn, Villanova) that have won as many or more championships as Kansas has won in their entire history!
Imagine if Chalmers misses that shot against Memphis. Kansas would now be in Norte Dame football territory of a championship drought.

Kansas is tied for 7th in NCAAB championships. I’ll humor your ridiculous football comparison by saying Georgia isn’t nearly that high on the list in that regard in football.

Football program went to 3 BCS bowl games in the last 5 full seasons, including a BCS playoff berth.
Basketball program is #10 in number of alumni in the NBA in 2022.
But yeah, both you and our fan base agree, we should be doing better.
