Who’s going to recruit on this staff?

Other than Frank Wilson who is capable of getting a kid that Alabama or A&M really wants? I know Polian is supposed to be capable but does he really know what has to be done to compete for recruits in the SEC? I have faith in Kelly coaching and controlling the program but at the end of day you have to have the players to compete. Hopefully he can adjust quickly if these guys can’t get it done. Give your prediction on how many guys are still on the staff in 3 years. I’m guessing 4 maybe 5 and one of those will be the D line coach that is yet to be hired.

Your thinking about last years college football. The only thing that matters now is NIL money. As long as they can put a recruit in touch with bag man, they will be fine. College football as you knew it is over.

There is no “recruiting” anymore. It’s “this is what it will take to get me to come to your school. Will you pay it or not?” and nothing more now.

Who on the prior staff that’s been let go met your high bar for recruiting other than Raymond? The staff isn’t even complete and already there are more guys that I would point to with a strong track record of recruiting success than on O’s staff.

The Team!! That’s who is gonna recruit. We get this team playing ball and winning games and NCs you won’t have to recruit. The team will recruit itself. Nick Saban recruits, yes,,,,,but that Alabama team and all those championships is the biggest recruiting tool ever.
