Working out early in the AM, listening to scripture while driving to work, and deer/duck hunting is what I’ve done most of my life.
A new one that I picked up this year is playing the guitar. Very therapeutic and satisfying because you get better almost every time you pick it up.

No drinking for me anymore, just go back country skiing during the winter. Summer time I fly fish from the drift boat.

Golf when my back allows. Which is rare so I suck as bad as a beginner.
Now it’s woodworking.

for a long time it was jogging. Now it's walking. I can sort out a lot of things during a 90 minute walk.

Golf. It allows me to get my mind off everything else besides that little white ball.

I find very busy places to walk or ride my bike. The more people, the better. I walk and realize all of them have problems, many worse than my little issues, but yet they all keep on trucking just like I do and try to be a little better every day. A walk down a city block puts me at ease.

Sitting in the woods it’s the most relaxing and peaceful activity you can find.

Waking up at 3 am to drive down to grand isle for a little fishing. I fish from the road (no boat stress). Those first few casts right at sun up in the cool air….stress just melts away.

I don't get to do it as much these days, but those 3-4 hour pick up basketball sessions in college and a couple years after were the best. it's like nothing exists outside of the gym.

Reading and walking. I used to play chess a lot and run a lot and want to get back to those in 2022. New Years resolutions.

Planning my next Disney World trip.
So many dining, admission media and lodging choices. So many new things to learn.

6 AM gym sessions. I put in headphones and pretend to listen to music so nobody will bother me.
Midnight blunt smoking.
Playing golf as a single at twilight.
