Congrats! It’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. My wife is amazing. Be there for her. Going from zero to 1 is an adjustment. Well worth it.

Congrats. You will be fine. Funny story. We took all of the classes leading up to birth about breathing, etc. During labor I was helping with her breathing and after awhile she looked at me and said if you tell me to breath one more time I will cut your nuts off. Funny then and now.

First time Dad at 48 (yes, planned). Now chasing a 7 year old at 55. It's all good!. Your life WILL change, but for the better! Your relationship with your wife WILL change, but for the better! ! Your relationship with everything WILL change, but only for the better!!
Reach out to friends, even TD friends who have been in your shoes, navigated tough times, and figured it out!
Cherish EVERY DAY going forward, the individual days may drag out and take forever, but the cumulative time flashes by. Can't believe my kiddo is already 7.
