In this case, Herman is still getting paid buyout money from Texas, so he might not be as easily to persuade with money as most. They still owe the guy like 15 million. Any job he takes will just subtract from that amount and he might want to make as little as possible just to make them pay every cent. Unless his buyout is different than all the others for some reason.
