If "old way" personnel leaving is getting to people, why bring BK?

BK is going to make work what wasn't.
Les Miles had LSU as a play it safe offense and play it close defense team. Was good, but not great on a steady basis.
O just lucked out and his true management skills showed once they confetti fell.
BK is a tenured, winning, BOSS of a coach. He is a program runner. He will shape the whole team, top to bottom and not pull and plug everyweek.

He has to prove to us the new hires are better than the old guys. It will be tough to buy in if they aren't .

The perception is that there are a lot of things working with the program, and the top leadership (HC and Coordinators) are the issue.
People are less concerned about how players do things and more concerned about what players do. We have good CBs.
That and some coaches are being retained. Why keep Davis and let Raymond walk?

It has been discussed repeatedly by ranters that a culture change was needed for years.
This is what culture change looks like!
This is what ranters, like yourself, wanted.
This is what We signed up for.
Don’t act like a lil bitch about it!
Every big time coach, every “whale” would be making wholesale changes within this program.

Exactly - to change culture you have to change blood.

You won’t know if the new guys are better until they start playing games. You can’t judge them solely on recruiting efforts on essentially a week’s worth of time on the job.
Time will tell if the new coaches are better. You can’t judge Brian Kelly on one week on the job in the offseason.
Some of you people, man …

Not a very high bar to set after the last 2 years.
