Who will be the bowl QB?

With Max gone and Nuss redshirting, who is left? I have a feeling this bowl game is going to be a dumpster fire.

Doubt Nuss will keep that redshirt. With Johnson gone, what is the point? Nobody to sit behind unless we are bringing in a legit starter from the portal. Ideally Howard doesn't have to start day 1. Nuss can use the bowl as momentum for next year.

If not Nuss, it will be either of the walkon QBS in Matt O'Dowd or Tavion Faulk. Or maybe a combo of both

I think Nuss should burn his redshirt for one of two reasons.
1 If he's good enough to beat out Walker Howard, he won't be here 5 years anyway, maybe not even 4.
2 If he can't beat him out, he would probably transfer

I look forward to a freewheeling Nussmeyer slinging it around the Bowl game. Bowl games are scrimmages for next season. It doesn't matter if he gets picked off 20 times. High risk, high reward. Give the guy the green light and make the game exciting.

With Nussmeyer and Walker Howard, he would clearly be the starter. Only issue would be if they bring in a transfer.
