Knoxville is about as conservative as you can get for a city its size and we still have a democrat city mayor. Republican (really Libertarian) county mayor, though.

New Orleans is temporarily off the list because Mardi Gras has been out if the equation lately. Because of the stupid fricking mayor.

Florida is open for biz. Tampa has a Dem mayor; female, ghey & ex-Chief of Police so she checks a couple of blocks but she's not a retard. While Tampa is technically a Dem city (I think the last number I saw was 52-48 Dem) it's tolerable and they advertise weeks and weeks in advance of where the Pride Parade will be so people can avoid it
