Trace Armstrong

FYI, he's Joe Brady's agent. So I'm sure BK will get first right of refusal, if Brady is interested in coming back to college. Especially if the rumor OC money LSU is offering is true.

Trace Armstrong’s job is to put his clients in the best financial position, not help other clients.

Whoever waves a check in Joe Brady's face first and asks "Do you want a job?" gets first right of refusal. That's how it works when you're unemployed.

It ain’t a coincidence Brady was fired today…just saying

Lol, another short bus rider I see. LSU is rumored to be offering $3M plus for OC. Armstrong has an unemployed OC client that he needs to find a job, he has a client that is looking for an OC, first call is going to be too BK to see if he is interested in Brady. It does work that way, when you have a good agent.

Wonder if he's related to Trace Adkins?

Lol, a good agent is always looking to place his client with the best fit for the most money. Armstrong knows what LSU is paying he's gonna pitch Brady to BK first. Please tell me y'all are not this dense.

So Riley for OC?

quote:Obviously not I mean he at least has Riley too. It actually makes sense to pitch Kelly first.

-Brady was at LSU already and some of the players have already been with him for at least a year (Palmer, Jenkins, TDP, Emery, Brennan).
-LSU is ready to spend big money. He'll get no less than 2.5 mill to come here IMO.
-He's been an offensive coordinator in the NFL so he has spread concepts and pro style concepts in his game. That's something I think Kelly would appreciate.
I still think what he can do can work in college, you just need good QBs. It's a lot easier to get that in college than in the pros.
My personal thought is that bringing him back will instantly put recruits on notice. They remember 2019 offense, and he now has years of experience. If this happened, and I were Brennan, I'd stay. He's the only one at QB familiar with his offense and play design up close. Of course this is just my personal feelings on it. I'd take him back in a heartbeat.
