Mandate was never a lawful order. Every person in every chain of command that endorsed a discharge, and every decision maker determining that the shot should be mandatory, should be charged under Article 93, at a minimum.

This is the technicality that will hang up many legal suits and protract them greatly.
People were most certainly compelled to take the "vaccine" but no one was actually forced.
How many of you took the jab to retain your employment?
I literally looked my HR Representative straight in the eye and told her she would have to terminate me because my life was more important than my job. Apparently about 70% of employees told her the same. HR quickly decided to abandon their "vaccine mandate" proposal before it officially launched.
Our plant supervisor jumped the gun because he said he "saw the writing on the wall" and got vaccinated before the company policy was carved in stone. He deeply regrets it, as he's now in very poor health with major myocardial issues that have cost him thousands and lost him about 20 work days this year. He doesn't try to blame the company, because he knows it was his own choice.
I was prepared to lose literally everything and end up living in a van down by the river if it came to it, before I'd have ever taken those clot shots. I came from nothing and worked my arse off to become comfortable in life. I'm not afraid to do it again because I know I have before, and can again.

Yeah, the White House kitchen has a CRISPER built into the wall, and playing with furrin cleavage sites is one of Trump's hobbies.
Trump opened the approval process and allowed the "best" science the US of A had to offer, but like all government departments, there is grift, corruption, and a shite load of narcissism at the top. If they had gone with a traditional weakened or killed virus and an adjuvant, it would not be much of an issue. Instead, we got lipid nanoparticles and a modRNA snippet. Completely untested technology which they can now use for any vaccine without much testing since so many people have had the covid vaccine and the mantra has been "safe and effective", despite the death and destruction associated with it. Trump had nothing to do with the vaccine except to allow science to address the virus. How much do you want to bet that when the dust and obfuscation finally settle, we will find that Trump was told the virus was likely a bioweapon escape from the Wuhan Institute of Virology to pressure him into things no one would normally allow?
