Johnson said that funding will have to come elsewhere meaning representatives will have to give up money possibly from their districts in order to continue. So he's going to see how other react before he actually make this action

So a 360.. does that mean he holds the same position he held before?
Johnson has been pretty consistent about not wanting to get this involved in Ukraine but now we need a way out and with accountability and security for the NATO neighbors in all this mess and that takes funding..
