Smartmatic, the voting technology company suing Fox News and former President Donald Trump’s top allies over their false claims that its machines rigged the 2020 election, was implicated in an alleged bribery scheme involving the former top election official in the Philippines, according to court filings obtained by CNN. The court documents indicate that the Justice Department has filed money laundering charges against former Filipino election administrator Andres Bautista – and that four executives from Smartmatic subsidiaries are implicated as uncharged co-conspirators.

OAN recently asked a judge to let them seek records from the Philippines government and other countries as part of the discovery process, claiming they have files about “investigations… scandals.. and major problems” involving Smartmatic machines.

Huge implication on their lawsuit against Foxnews oan and Newsmax.
Fox should have never settled with dominion.

Fox settled with Dominion because it allowed them to back door a bunch of plans like canning Tucker, who had no direct connection to the lawsuit.

Fox News and RNC leadership wanted Trump out as much as the DNC leadership did, he was messing with their control of the party and their contributors/ad buyers were pissed.

Correct!

FNC settled the Dominion lawsuit not because they believed they couldn’t win the case, they wanted to torpedo Trump and America First’s claims of a rigged election…..it was worth the money to FNC to put a nail in the coffin of Trump/MAGA/America First…..it didn’t work.

Disagree. And you’re going to be bigly disappointed in the outcome. They’ll pay a small fine, election official will forfeit 100K and life will go on.

Bribery of officials has nothing to do with their technology not to mention this involves one of their subs. And for the record, I hope they and Dominion go bankrupt.

However,

This may have some legs

Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, the owner of Smartmatic, is also the president of George Soros' Open Society Foundations. The tentacles shared by these two reach far & wide, and not for anything good.

I live in PI and work in Guam. Both of these places are as corrupt as you have every seen.
The whole world knew Marcos got the FB bump to get the seat. Guam governor used tax money. ( they don't pay federal tax ) to buy her seat. She only got 21k votes to be the governor.
US sent 6 billion to Guam for Covid. They have massive history of corruption is absolutely unbelievable an out in the open They have .47 a kw and daily blackouts. They cant open 78% of the schools due to no maintenance even though they spent the money on maintenance. They paid themselves and now asking for more

Something about Asian. They don't care as long as they get to eat.
Island of 150k. 70k plus on government assistance and refuse to get a job. (Was in the paper)
They have to bring in 25k H2 workers from PI to build the new USMC base. These jobs start at 18 to 36.60 an hour. That wild compared to a top Foreman in PI makes $20 a day.

Term limits age limits and audits of every single tax dollar would save America.

If you didn't know Japan has kicked the USMC from Okinawa and even paying for the base to get them out. So in a way it'll be interesting to watch them set Tumon on fire.

If we worried about corruption let's send help to clean up Guam. It's literally a money pit with no return other than a gas station in the south Pacific.. we can get a cheaper option.
Guam is 3rd world with 1st world price. Rant over.

So where's the indictment for rigging? You linked an article about corporate bribery for contracts.

One of the biggest issues I have with Dominion and Smartmatic is the damned black box proprietary voting software. WTH???

There should be nothing more simple than recording and adding software to record votes. It should be open source and on github for public review.

To make it better, while it will make it more complex, make it all blockchain to help prevent fraud.

I think MIT had an election software design that used blockchain. Why not implement it? Oh, because you then can't install candidates of your companies choice. Got it. Lots of money to be made filling that role.

You just described PR and DC perfectly, perhaps its in the works to make Guam the 53rd state after the aforementioned.
