I am sure there was corruption going on - but there is nothing in this video by itself that indicates anything obvious to me.
But I am not familiar with any of the 'normal' procedures nor the timeline = some commentary by someone with first hand knowledge would be very helpful here.

I watched the video. Without the suggestion of the propaganda, how on Earth can you determine what that video depicts?

Ok.. Here are points to note:
- The time stamp is post testing them.
- Once they are tested, they are locked and sealed.
- You clearly see the locks being removed.
- Clearly see card removed
- and the guy walks over to the computer (bottom left hand corner) inserts them (lady walks up and he directs her to insert the one she just had.
After testing... they are to be left alone.

How do you actually know what you are looking at? Do you even know that those six or so machines are voting machines? Is this a service department?
