I like Ron, think he’s been a very good governor… but challenging Trump is going to destroy his brand imo.

Trump had a hard go early on attacking Ron, but now he’s got him dead to rights on social security, being an establishment guy, and being more hawkish. Trump is already pulling away and Desantis numbers are tanking because nobody wants a Paul Ryan disciple… even if it’s not who Ron is now or how he would govern, Trump is gonna brand him this way and it’s going to stick.

It won’t matter how much $ Ron raises because all that will be is more of a reminder that he’s the establishments pick and will play into trumps hands

For daring to run against Trump?

If Trump is the nominee, the odds of people regretting that choice after Trump loses again are much higher than RDS being destroyed.

For supporting ideas like gradually raising the retirement age?

I used to think the GOP base was smarter and more in touch with reason than the democrats just based on demographics, but it's clear that it's just as dumb and susceptible to one-liner rhetoric as the Democrat base

I like the Trump tribute band too.

But given the choice, I'm going with the real thing.

It's not that he challenged Trump.

It's the people he is now hitched his future to.

When his biggest money guys states in an interview with Politico that he is backing DeSantis to end America First and push the party back into the hands of globalists.... You kind of sent America First away.

When your biggest backer states it... I believe it.

When Ron embraces him... I believe it.

This is RON'S own making

No it won't. 2024 is the opportune time to run. He knows it.

Why would I not? You are saying we should ignore those things because what they say isn't true?

So don't believe them because they are liars???

I loved The Rolling Stones. Great songs. Iconic.

When AC/DC came along, I didn’t stop liking the Stones, but I preferred AC/DC.

Ken Griffin never said that. Keep up the lying though.

Complete opposite… it’s the people who don’t really pay attention but hate the establishment who are buying this and seeing Paul Ryan = Desantis

He isn't ruining his political future if you look to Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio, Mitt Romney. Romney is only quiet because he is up to be Cheneyed and Cantorized in re-election.

This ^^^ is something a lot of so called America First types have missed. There isn't an America First/MAGA movement without Trump and the Uniparty sees Trump as the head of the America First movement snake.....The Uniparty and LWO Globalists know Trump must be destroyed, they believe it's their only hope of retaining power.

AC/DC was new and different.

DeSantis fans have advertised him as "Trump without the baggage."

Bill Maher came up with the linguistic kill shot Friday night:

quote:

“Why would you want the tribute band over the real band? I don’t see it happening.”

Credit to him. That is deadly and fatal.
