Kelly will be evaluating current staff AFTER THE BOWL GAME. He can't hire new coaches until he decides what coaches he's keeping.

Yeah, they are all back now.
Maybe these candidates are waiting to see if any other HC jobs open up before they move jobs.
Briles is a great candidate for a few midlevel spots.

This doesn't make any sense. The bowl game is completely meaningless. He can evaluate the coaches now.

He is evaluating them now. He will not make a decision until after the bowl game. Got it?
He will also be comparing internal staff with outside interest. You see that's how you end up with the best qualified coaches. Kelly is doing right and will not be rushed.

Well Geaux247 staff said basically expect hires to be done by this weekend of OVs so you are wrong.

Maybe for the positions we know are open? Maybe some more will be open? Some staff have been told they would know after bowl game - Mickey was one of them.

Nobody knows. Trust in Kelly unless he gives you reason not to. If he’s going after coaches still in bowl games, maybe not until after those.
