Is it just a sticker or does it have any value/practical purpose?

It’s a sticker commonly seen on the middle class family truckster that a generally speaking average mom will be driving that usually has atleast 3 kids and makes a once a year trip to the watercolor, seaside, rosemary beach area so they slap a sticker on their car with the hopes that people think they have a place there, when in reality it’s a once a year trek they make and their lives are other wise spent at a ball field being very average.

It’s the epitome of: “look at me, I max my credit cards out to keep up with the Jones’”
