Postal lady is a communist

Just mailed another Christmas present to great grand daughter, Post office inquires as to content is at a newer combative level.
Used to be"is there liquids or hazardous substances in package?
Now its "read and confirm that you understand that there are federal criminal penalties for mailing items that could be on the following list of prohibited materials". Uh postal lady, could I just tell you what is in the package. No she replies , Per federal criminal code you must tell me what is not on the list. Mam, it's baby cloths for a six month old, we could slit the tape and show you. She tells me if I do not tell her what is not in the package, it will be impounded and referred to a criminal investigator.

Ive not had mail delivered for a week,, post office says Ive refused delivery
Ive called, spoke to the driver, emailed
still no one has a record of when I refused only that Im on a list saying I've put mail delivery on hold
also since there's no record of the request, a request to restart delivery will not be allowed since we must first address the originating request which they don't know who/when/how was made
but Im on a list
