LINK
The video is from Yeti Airlines flight 691. Guy is live-streaming a plane landing and before you know it, the plane crashes due to a pilot error and shows everything engulfed in flames with complete silence. Everyone was on that flight was killed upon impact. Absolutely insane.
If you have a fear of flying, I’d recommend you not watch it

I was on an airplane once. In January.
Could have been me.
Could have been me.

Maybe don’t fly on airlines named after mythical creatures.

Actually weirdly comforting. My biggest fear is being in the state of fear knowing I’m about to die. That happened so quickly and everyone died almost instantly. Worse ways to go.

Sucks to see the guy smiling as he thinks they're about to land but seconds later all you see is fire.

Was posted here when it happened.
I wish I could unwatch that.

This happened because the copilot pulled the wrong lever.
She was supposed to lower the flaps, but instead feathered the engines. The plane stalled out.

This was huge news back in the beginning of the year. You’re just now seeing it? Had no idea you were German

How do you people find this shite?

All it takes is one wrong lever?? I would have thought there would be better preventative shite

On that model aircraft, yep.
The white lever (flaps) is what she wanted to pull. She mistakenly pulled the black lever next to it which feathered the propellers.
Tragic mistake.

Yeah I watched this in January and wished I hadn't.

I’m no NTSB investigator, but I think I found the problem…..
