The DEI thing is not new at CFA and it's only news because CFA for some reason spotlighted their VP of DEI yesterday (who has been in that position for over a year). Nothing has changed recently and I don't expect they'll be changing their twitter account to a rainbow tomorrow.
But if you have concerns about the trajectory of CFA, take them to your local operator.
