A 17 year old girl ran over this guy in Prairievlle, and cops sent her home.

So did this dude walk out into the road at night or something?
Buddy of mine hit a junkie that walked out under the overpass. Ripped his arm off. They just sent him on his way too. If it's not a crosswalk I don't understand why a pedestrian in the roadway (without purpose) would lead to charges

Going by what was reported. The article said he wasn't in the road so I'm assuming he was on the shoulder. I'm familiar with this stretch and there is a shoulder there, people walk this area all the time.

Where do you think the vast majority of black people live in the US? Those northern states don't take too kindly to black people moving in, not at all. Oregon may be the most racist state in the country full of the tolerant left.
