I think I read somethign abotu her a while back that she originally tried to be a pop singer when she first got into the biz but failed. So someone recommended she be country instead and that led to her breakthrough. The more I read about how stupid and far left liberal she is that makes more and more sense. This person is not "country" (ie, God/Family/America loving, right leaning, conservative person) in any way at all aside from the words that writers give her to recite in a melodic manner.

i too liked arts and crafts as a 4 year old.
