today.com story

First of all, who goes to BWW for the food anyway? I thought people went there to watch free PPV and drink.

Second, if you're ordering boneless wings, you know what you're getting.

Jerry Clower had it right when he said that we ought to do like France does..

You're welcome to bring a class action lawsuit in front of the court. If you lose though, you have to pay the defense legal fees.

That would put a stop these dumb lawsuits.

boneless wings" are actually just ... chicken nuggets.

No shite. The hell with paying defense defense fees, 10 lashes to the back might do the trick.

Same.

And they need to change “almond milk” to “almond nut juice”.

It’s more applicable to the people who drink that disgusting stuff.

Yep. Almond milk is mostly water. Same goes for soy milk and oat milk.

Nah, that gives people a pass for drinking it.

It’s nut juice.

Mammals produce milk. It comes out of their teats, naturally emulsified.

They mix in about 90% water in their milk factories.

I agree with the suit. Words have meaning. They aren’t wings.

The client pays the defense fees and the lawyer that brought this frivolous BS to court gets the lashes.

That would slow this bullshite down, immensely.

Neither is a mini drumstick, you gonna sue them for that?

The wings are non-functional as chickens are flightless, that worth a lawsuit?

No one who isn’t on the spectrum should be in favor of these types of lawsuits because all it’s going to do is increase the price of the goods we all consume without providing any value or protection to consumers.

While all that is true, and can be nitpicked, why not go after the most ridiculous word,"buffalo." I was thinking about this the other day, why are they called "buffalo" wings?

Just watched The Foods that Made America on the History Channel about chicken wings. Had the history of wings, BWW, Hooters, etc. actually very interesting stuff. Go watch it and learn some useless information.

Short answer….They were started in Buffalo, NY. That is why.
